How to Pay – Payment Methods
At O7-Organic we guarantee maximum security for your purchases and the confidentiality of your bank details. All payment transactions are carried out through a secure server, which guarantees the total confidentiality of your credit card details.
This data is encrypted at all times and is only known to the authorising bank and is not stored on our servers at any time. In addition, your personal data is stored with all the guarantees required by current data protection legislation.v
O7-Organic supports the following payment methods:
Paypal. It is an online transaction system that allows the most common credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) to be used as a means of payment, without exposing credit card data dangerously. With a PayPal account linked to your credit card, you can make payments with your PayPal user and your card number and other data will never be exposed.
VISA, Mastercard or American Express bank card, through the Redys virtual POS service.
Payments on our accounts will be made using the Redsys payment system which will provide our customers with the necessary security through SSL when making their secure payments by credit or debit card via the Internet.
Redsys securely stores your financial information and protects it with market-leading security and fraud prevention systems.
Card payment difficulties:
If you have placed an order and it is impossible for you to pay by credit card, this may happen:
1- Your card is blocked for purchases on the Internet when the card details have been entered incorrectly 3 times. Your card will then be blocked for 24 hours. Contact your bank to unblock it.
2- You have entered the 3 digits of the CVV2-CVC2 code incorrectly. This code is the last 3 numbers on the back of your card next to your signature. If your card does not have these codes, please contact your bank to obtain the appropriate card.
3- Do not have the 3DSecure/SecureCode password. This password guarantees secure transactions on our payment gateway. If you do not have this password, please contact your bank and they will provide it immediately.
4- The balance on your card is If the balance on your card is depleted or is less than the amount of the purchase, you will not be able to complete the payment. Use another card as a means of payment. If your case is none of the above, please try to make the payment with another card or contact us.
