O7-Organic: Free shipping costs for orders to mainland Spain. (Only Spain)
We do not ship to the Canary Islands. Orders with a shipping address to these regions are not accepted.
Product Delivery
O7-Organic undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer on the order form, which must in any case be within the Territory. In order to optimise delivery, we kindly ask the customer to indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal working hours.
O7-Organic shall not be liable for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.
O7-Organic informs the customer that it is possible that the same order may be split into several deliveries.
We will not deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery time
O7-Organic offers its products in perfect condition. In order to guarantee this, O7-Organic undertakes to ship from its factory within a maximum of 5 to 8 working days.
UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS, ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AS FOLLOWS:
Reception of orders from Monday to Thursday is from 10:00 h to 19:00 h and Friday from 09:00 h to 14:00 h (Spanish time), except national holidays.
Orders sent or received on weekends and public holidays are considered to be received on the next working day.
Once the order has left our warehouse and the Customer has been notified by e-mail, the Customer can track the order in the “my account/order” section.
In cases of delivery delays, O7-Organic will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them.
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment in which the transport company places the product at the disposal of the Client, which is materialised through the control system used by the transport company.
In the event of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to O7-Organic, the Customer may cancel his order. Delays in delivery shall not be considered to be cases in which the order has been placed at the disposal of the Customer by the transport company within the agreed period and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the Customer.
Delivery Data, Missed Deliveries and Lost and Found
In the same e-mail in which the Customer is informed that the product has left the warehouses of O7-Organic, the delivery number and the customer service number of the transport company responsible for the delivery are provided, so that, in the event of any incident arising during delivery, the Customer can contact the transport company to resolve it.
If the reason for non-delivery is that the parcel has been lost, our carrier will initiate an investigation.
Returns and Complaints
If you detect any anomaly in the order box (breakage, stains, humidity, knocks…) it is essential for subsequent complaints that you state this BEFORE OPENING THE BOX on the delivery note that you will sign when you receive it from the courier. If there is no such signature on the delivery note, the delivery of the product shall be deemed to have been made in perfect condition and the customer shall not be entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. to initiate the return process. However, it will be necessary that the return of the order is made in the same order box received by the customer, otherwise the return process cannot be initiated.
Product returns are only accepted for defects attributable to the company, both in terms of the condition of the product and if it is not the one you have purchased. In both cases you have a period of SEVEN DAYS from receipt of the order to inform us of your intention to return one or more products and the reason for the return.
To do so, please contact us by e-mail at spain@o7-organic.com and we will provide you with a NECESSARY AND IMPRESSIVE reference number to carry out the return order. You will then have 10 days to send the package back to us. In the event that the parcel is sent outside this period, O7-Organic reserves the right to refuse the parcel and return it to the sender.
The cost of returning defective products or products that do not correspond to the order placed shall be borne by O7-Organic. In these cases, it will be necessary to include the reference number previously provided by www.o7-organic.com/, which will allow the product to be returned to O7-Organic without the customer having to pay the shipping costs. O7-Organic will replace at no cost to the customer all those products that meet these premises in the return process.
